I purchased Emile’s Dutch oven and so far love it. Are the baking instructions the same for kneaded bread? I preheat at 450 degrees for 30 minutes before placing dough in it. Bake for 30 minutes depending on recipe and remove lid for the final 10 minutes or so until nicely browned.
