Hi Austin, 2 lbs. of dough would be 32 ounces or 907g. The total amount of dough that this recipe makes is approximately equal to 57 ounces/1612g. So, if you wanted to get two equal sized loaves out of it, you might want to go with 28.5 ounces/806g per loaf.
